A saiing week-end in Ischia and Ventotene

For a wonderful weekend on a sailing boat we embark on Friday at 17:00 at the base of Naples Darsena Acton – Molo Beverello and route to Sant’Angelo d’Ischia to spend a wonderful evening in the harbor and maybe go ashore for enjoying the legendary cakes of “Pescatore”.

On Saturday morning we start at 08:00 and sail to Ventotene where we arrive around 11:30. During navigation you can take sailing lessons  without missing of course the opportunity to catch a nice fish with trolling. By sailing we will see the small island of Santo Stefano, an enchanting marine protected area.

We will spend all day and Saturday night in the magnificent Ventotene. On Sunday morning we sail again  to Ischia and after a stop at the bay of Sorgeto among the hot thermal waters, we return to the base for the check out. On Saturday you can alternatively sail around the island of Ischia and visit its beautiful beaches, the Aragonese Castle, the Thermal Park Negombo with its thermal pools and wellness treatments (a valid alternative in case of uncertain weather conditions).
